Crib or Baby Bed The place where a baby should sleep will be chosen by both parents. If the two of them are comfortable with the thought of co-sleeping then a crib will no longer be necessary. First Aid Kit Your first aid kit should contain all the essentials for everyday boo-boos. Things such as thermometer (digital is better), infant medicines, and band-aids should be available. It is also advisable to put an emergency number card containing all the important telephone numbers like your doctor’s and nearest hospitals.
